Is this for you?
You sense that something is asking to change, and you do not want to go through it alone.
Perhaps a season has ended: a role, a relationship, a belief, a way of living that no longer fits. You have read, practiced, maybe worked with a teacher or therapist. You are not looking for a quick fix. You want steady company and a way of working that goes deeper than a few conversations.
The Passage is for adults who:
are in a season of transition and ready to give it time and attention for six months
are drawn to a contemplative, reflective way of working
want to recognize familiar patterns and practice meeting life with greater awareness and presence
It is not for anyone who needs trauma treatment or crisis care.
What The Passage is:
The Passage is six months of working together, one step at a time. We meet privately every two weeks for six months, moving through the seven rooms of The Passage one step at a time. Between sessions, you carry small practices into ordinary life. During your journey, you also have access to The Hearth, my ongoing membership community, where we gather twice a month for reflection and shared practice.
We follow the arc of a house with seven rooms. We begin where you stand and where you come from. We move through desire and tension, learn to loosen and to receive, refine what is worth keeping, and finally stand at a threshold and look toward what comes next. You will have time to meet each theme at your own pace, with room to pause, revisit, and notice what is emerging.
What is included:
12 private, 60-minute sessions over six months, meeting every two weeks
Two online Hearth gatherings each month
A one-page guide for each session, with a question, practice, and reflection prompts
A monthly written reflection from me
A midpoint review to notice what is changing and adjust the second half
A closing session to reflect on the journey and consider what comes next
A Soul Portrait
A session, in practice
Each session has the same simple shape. We arrive, take a moment of quiet, and look back at the practice from the weeks before. We spend most of the time on the theme of the day, through conversation, reflection, and sometimes a simple exercise. We close by choosing one small practice for the next two weeks and writing it down together.
Some sessions, in the middle of the journey, use a constellation-style way of looking at the patterns and relationships in your life. We place simple objects to stand for people and patterns, and we look at the picture together. You are never asked to confront anyone, and you can pause or stop at any moment.
How I work
I work in a contemplative way: slowly, with attention to the body as well as the mind, and with respect for what each person is ready to meet. Together, we practice observing familiar patterns, noticing when we slip into automatic responses, and staying present when something in us wants to react or turn away.
The aim is not to eliminate discomfort or become a different person. It is to develop a more conscious relationship with ourselves and with life, one moment and one choice at a time.
My approach draws on the contemplative traditions that have shaped me, alongside training in inner-work modalities that inform the way I listen and guide. Nothing is promised and nothing is forced. What I offer is steady company, honest attention, and a clear path to walk.
My approach has been shaped by contemplative traditions and by training in Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Family Constellations, and Therapeutic Coaching. These influences inform how I listen, ask questions, and help clients notice their patterns with curiosity and care.
The Passage is a contemplative guidance program, not psychotherapy or trauma treatment. I work within the scope of this offering and will help clients identify other forms of support when their needs call for them.

Why This Work Matters to Me
My own devotion to the journey of awakening has awakened something in me. It has brought a new spark and zest for life, a deeper sense of purpose, and a different relationship with difficulty and uncertainty.
There is a before and an after in my experience. Not because I have arrived somewhere or figured life out, but because the work of becoming more conscious has changed how I participate in my life. I am learning to recognize the patterns that once carried me automatically, to meet difficult moments with greater presence, and to discover more freedom in how I respond. Life has not become less complex, but my relationship with it has changed.
This journey continues to shape me. It asks me to remain curious, to stay present when it would be easier to react, and to keep discovering what is possible when I participate more consciously in my own becoming.
This is why I created The Passage. I want to share something of what has been so life-giving for me: a space for people to slow down, recognize their patterns, reconnect with what matters, and discover a more conscious way of living. My hope is that more people can experience greater serenity and purpose, not by escaping the difficulties of being human, but by meeting their lives with more awareness, freedom, and aliveness.
Investment
The Passage is $1,700 for the six months, or six monthly payments of $300.
