What You Will Find Here
This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about becoming available to what is already moving through you. There is no system to follow. No performance required.
Wisdom is not taught. It is caught.
◇Peace
A deep inner stillness, the kind that doesn't depend on circumstances.
◇Freedom
From repeating patterns and the noise that drowns out your knowing.
◇Homecoming
To yourself, to something larger, to the life that has been waiting.
What I Offer
Inner Harmonia offers spiritual coaching, soul listening, and intuitive healing guidance rooted in contemplative tradition and three-centered awareness. Through gentle inquiry, symbolic seeing, energy awareness, and embodied practices, we follow the subtle threads that lead you home to yourself.
What Happens in a Session
A session with me is not a consultation. It is not advice-giving. It is not a structured program with predetermined steps.
It is an hour of genuine, unhurried attention — to you, to what is actually present, and to what is trying to move in your life.
Before we begin
Before your first session we have a brief introductory conversation — usually fifteen to twenty minutes — so I can understand where you are and you can get a sense of how I work. There is no commitment required from that conversation.
When we sit down together
We begin simply. I will ask you what is alive for you today — not what you think you should be working on, but what is actually present when you arrive.
From there the session follows what is real. Sometimes that means exploring a pattern that keeps returning. Sometimes it means sitting with a grief that has nowhere else to go. Sometimes it means naming something that has been circling wordlessly for months and finally finding language for it.
I listen closely. I ask honest questions. I reflect back what I notice — not to diagnose or interpret, but to help you see more clearly what is already there.
What I bring
Depending on what emerges, I may draw on different modalities. I don't apply frameworks mechanically. I use them when they illuminate something real.
How it feels
Most people describe leaving a session feeling lighter, clearer, or more settled, not because the problem is solved, but because something that was tangled has been seen more honestly.
Some sessions move slowly and quietly. Others touch something deep and unexpected. I hold both with equal care.
Practical details
Sessions are sixty minutes and held in person in Hermantown, Minnesota, or online via video call.
Individual session: $120
Five-session package: $500
For those who are longing for even more depth and connection, I offer the Varvara House Reflective Journey: Seven-Session package ($750).
I know the threshold. I have stood here myself, more than once, and most recently, in a dismantling so complete it became its own kind of initiation. I am not a guide who has bypassed the dark. I am one who has learned to be present within it and to accompany others through their own.
My work is shaped by the lineage of Cynthia Bourgeault and the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff, and a deep trust in what I call collaboration with God.
Trained in Therapeutic Coaching, Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with long-standing study of Gurdjieff's esoteric teachings on consciousness and self-remembering, and deep personal exploration of Family Constellations and intergenerational patterns.
It gets gentler. It gets more compassionate , but there is no way around, only through, and you will not go through it alone.
Why Harmonia?
Inner Harmonia takes its name from Harmonia, the Greek goddess of harmony, concord, and unity — daughter of Ares, the god of war, and Aphrodite, the goddess of love.
She was born from the tension between conflict and beauty. Between struggle and grace. This makes her not a symbol of easy peace, but of the hard-won equilibrium that comes from holding opposites together — joy and sorrow, love and loss, descent and return.
Harmonia herself knew grief, exile, and profound transformation. She did not arrive in the Elysian Fields without passing through everything first.
This is the harmony I believe in. Not the absence of difficulty, but the place where difficulty and beauty find their balance. Where the broken places become the strongest ones. Where the descent, honored fully, becomes the ground of a truer rising.
Inner Harmonia is named for her and for everyone who has been through something and is finding their way back to themselves.
If you feel the nudge, I welcome you.
You may feel a stirring, a discontent, or a deep longing. You may be called to soften, to listen more closely, to live more truthfully. You may not have words for it yet. That's okay. We begin with listening.
NOTE: My work offers spiritual companionship and contemplative guidance for those standing at thresholds, seasons of transition, discernment, or quiet inner reorientation. This may include experiences such as divorce, career change, relocation, grief, leadership shifts, creative emergence, or a deepening spiritual unfolding. Together, we slow the pace and listen for what is already forming within you.
I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and this work is not psychotherapy or medical care. If clinical mental health support is needed, I encourage you to seek care from a licensed professional.
