About Me
My story began in Bulgaria, where I grew up during the collapse of Communism and witnessed a country—and its people—navigating deep change. Just before graduating from university, I set out to explore the world, living first in England and then in the United States, which became my home for more than two decades.
I earned my degrees from Tulane University and Kennesaw State University and built a career in education and leadership at the university level. While I loved guiding programs, what brought me the greatest joy was mentoring and advising students as they navigated life’s challenges and transitions. Walking alongside them deepened my understanding of human growth, resilience, and the transformative power of guidance.
Over time, I followed that pull into the world of healing, studying trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, spiritually rooted practices that honor the wholeness of every person. My own journey, shaped by turbulence, loss, and resilience, further deepened my understanding of how creativity, beauty, and spiritual connection can transform the way we live.
Out of this understanding grew two intertwined expressions of my work: Inner Harmonia, a space for intuitive, soul-rooted guidance and healing, and Varvara, a creative studio for art, sensory experiences, and beauty as a spiritual practice.
Whether through words, images, textures, or quiet conversation, my work invites you into spaces where your essence feels welcomed, your creativity feels alive, and your spirit feels at home.
NOTE: My work offers spiritual companionship and contemplative guidance for those standing at thresholds, seasons of transition, discernment, or quiet inner reorientation. This may include experiences such as divorce, career change, relocation, grief, leadership shifts, creative emergence, or a deepening spiritual unfolding. Together, we slow the pace and listen for what is already forming within you.
I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and this work is not psychotherapy or medical care. If clinical mental health support is needed, I encourage you to seek care from a licensed professional.
