Varvara is a creative studio where art, beauty, and soul meet.
It began years ago as a small line of handcrafted bags and has since grown into a multidisciplinary space for expression — weaving together visual art, handcrafted textiles, writing, photography, and sensory experiences.
My work carries the imprint of my journey — from my birthplace in Bulgaria, through decades in the United States, to the many cultures, landscapes, and people who have shaped my seeing. Every creation is born from a dialogue between the inner life and the world around me.
Through Varvara, I offer:
Handcrafted art and textiles — including weavings, garments, and decorative pieces
Photography and visual storytelling — capturing beauty, place, and spirit
Word & Image projects — poetry, essays, and zines exploring the soul’s language
Sensory and seasonal experiences — pop-ups, installations, and gatherings inspired by nature’s cycles
Varvara exists to slow us down, to invite beauty into the everyday, and to remind us that creativity is a form of connection — to self, to others, and to the sacred.
Varvara House (A Vision in Becoming)
Varvara House is the future home of this creative work — a space where art, ritual, and botanical beauty live under one roof.
A place imagined as:
a soulful gallery for contemporary, nature-rooted artists,
an intimate room for healing, intuitive sessions, and spiritual direction,
and a small botanical café offering flower infusions and ritual drinks.
Think “sacred coffee house meets art sanctuary.”
A haven for beauty, stillness, and authentic encounter.
Varvara House does not yet exist in physical form — it is unfolding through intuition, timing, and encounter.
A seed of what is coming.
If you feel called to collaborate, create, or dream with me, you’re warmly invited to reach out.
